The apartment buildings are allocated along the perimeter of the northern side, creating communal parks and green spaces for residents, which form a natural and green separation from the adjacent single-family units. The 158 townhouses and villa units are distributed along the southern side of the plot, with two main gated communities for the semi-attached townhouses and the standalone villas.
