Project Two aims to redevelop the concept of semi-attached townhouses in the region. The 28 units have been developed through modular components that allow potential merging or demerging of any units. Each pair of attached townhouses shares an identical plan layout, with the units shifted along the central axis to provide a distinct private entrance for each unit.

The 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses share a communal spine, providing residents with more private access away from the main road. The roof of each unit has been designed to give residents access to a private terrace overlooking the communal spine.
To ensure seamless external identity, the units’ envelope introduces continuous GRC cladding panels, which bridge each pair of units.
